We specialize in site development and infrastructure construction, including but not limited to clearing, earthwork, utility construction, storm drainage, curbs sidewalks; roadwork including sub-base, base and asphalt placement. FEI works primarily in the Hernando, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Orange, Manatee and surrounding areas.
